Drink plenty of water!
You will notice great results simply by drinking more water. However, it is even more important to consume as much water as possible when taking Sweet Wheat®.

Sweet Wheat® has strong detoxifying properties and will help clean out your body. The only way to flush the toxins out is by drinking plenty of fluids, specifically water.

We recommend setting a goal of drinking half your body weight in ounces of water a day. I know this may seem like a lot at first, but as you drink more water, your body will actually start to crave it and reaching the goal will eventually become effortless.

Daily Servings
Begin by taking 4 capsules on an empty stomach daily (early morning, before meals, before bed) for the best detoxifying results.

For best results to start, our customers report taking between 2-3 servings daily (4-6 capsules). The best time to take it during the day really depends on the person we highly recommend testing out different ways to find out what works best for you.

For example, we have customers that take it all at once, some that break it up throughout the day, some that take it on an empty stomach, some right after a meal, etc.

Exercise is important! As we mentioned above, detoxification is one of the main benefits people find when taking Sweet Wheat®. Exercising will help flush those toxins while helping get your body in shape as well.

Even just a 20 minute power walk a day could do wonders!

Storage Tips
Sweet Wheat® is an organic wheat grass juice powder, which means humidity can easily affect it.

We recommend storing the Sweet Wheat in a dry climate with temperatures under 75 degrees for longest shelf life. Many of our customers that order extra stock will actually store the bottles in their freezers to extend the life of the product.
