SWEET WHEAT® PESTO PASTA (4 SERVINGS)

Pasta

  • 4 Cups of Cooked Ziti (Chilled)
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (Cut in Half)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Black Olives
  • Mix Tomatoes, Olives and Pasta

Pesto

  • 1/2 Cup- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Basil
  • 3 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • 2 Tablespoons Romano Cheese
  • 1 Large Clove of Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sweet Wheat® or 4 Capsules

Blend and Mix into Pasta

High in: Protein Fiber Vitamin C Folic Acid Lycopene

CUCUMBER/AVOCADO SOUP (4 SERVINGS)

  • 2 Large Cucumbers (Peeled and Seeded)
  • 2 Cups Organic Chicken Broth
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Minced Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Wheat® or 2 Capsules

Pinch of White Pepper
Blend Ingredients in Blender

Stir in…

2/3 Cup Thick Sour Cream
2/3 Cup Thick Greek Yogurt
Garnish with…

½ Diced Avocado and Diced Chives
Chill for at least two hours
