Order cancellations

If you ordered online:


  1. Go to Your Account. 
  2. Click on My Orders and choose the desired order. 
  3.  If your order is still in “processing” stage, simply click the cancel order button and your order will be cancelled. 
  4.  If the order is already in the “shipped” stage, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy will need to be followed.

If you ordered over the phone:


  1. Please call us at (888) 227-9338 during normal business hours, or email us at care@brightcorenutrition.com and we will be happy to take care of cancelling the order for you.
  2. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy will need to be followed.
